Introduction - Code of Conduct
Welcome to this forum topic. According to Australian law, migration agents must be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
If you are considering engaging a registered migration agent to assist you in your visa application, you should be aware of the MARA - Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct applies to ALL registered migration agents.
