Welcome to this forum topic. Being an Australian citizen or holding a permanent visa in Australia may allow you to sponsor your parents to migrate to Australia.

The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) website provides that:

Parents may be able to migrate to Australia if they have a child in Australia who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.
